Yeast Free / Sugar Free

AVOID all Genetically Modified (GMO) products: soy, corn, sugar/beets, sugar/sugar cane products, canola and cottonseed oil, Hawaiian papaya, zucchini if possible. Organic will not be genetically modified.

Eliminate the "dirty dozen" foods from your diet (foods with the most pesticides = apples, celery, cherry tomatoes, peaches, cucumbers, grapes, hot peppers, nectarines, potatoes, spinach, kale, strawberries, sweet red bell peppers, summer squash-zuchinni ). Replace with organic foods.

Be sure to check the Environmental Working Group website for a current list of the 'Dirty Dozen Plus' foods to buy organic and 'clean fifteen' list of safe foods:

As of June 29/13, the Dirty Dozen Plus to buy organic is: apples, celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, grapes, hot peppers, nectarines (imported), peaches, potatoes, spinach, strawberries, sweet bell peppers, kale/collard greens, summer squash
